• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
  There are several kinds of auxiliary equipment which enhance energy saving. Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) is one such important energy saving device which can be used in chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, pumps and other motors.   Based on the fluctuation in the airconditioning demand from the end user, VFD changes the frequency and hence the rpm of the motor thereby saves energy.
• Part load management
  Based on the climatic fluctuation on an annual basis and variation in the internal use on account of occupancy, it is essential to understand the quantity of heat used at various stages of climatic fluctuation. This will be instrumental in understanding the part load behaviour of the chiller and planning the airconditioning requirement.
