100% cooling, 90% running costs, 90% infrastructure costs
Modern office buildings often have glass facades with a high density of computers and lights. This leads to a high sensible heat load of up to 90% as against a normal 70%. In addition, most Indian cities experience hot summers lasting 2-4 months with temperatures soaring to 45 degrees C as against a normal 35 degrees C.
Conventional airconditioning systems may not be efficient enough since they are designed for 70% sensible heat removal capacity with an indoor air quantity of 400 CFM per ton. Cooling capacities of these systems also reduce substantially at higher temperatures. The HiSen Packaged Airconditioner is designed optimally to meet this typical challenge. It ensures efficient cooling at a reduced initial investment and lower running cost.
