Minimal couplant and pressure are required for the RollerFORM to offer supreme coupling and a strong signal, even in challenging scanning positions.
The GLIDER X-Y scanner from Olympus is a two axes encoding scanner designed for manual inspection of flat or slightly curved composite surfaces. VersaMOUSE from Olympus is a scanner suited for linear encoded scans with a phased array probe. Mini-Wheel encoder is used specially in positioning and dimensioning of defects in the scan axis. It is capable of synchronising data acquisition with the probe movement. It is waterproof in order to operate in challenging environments. It is compatible with the Olympus standard PA wedges on which it can be mounted with the help of an included bracket kit.
