Blue Star Limited (“Blue Star”) recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on our Smart Product App (“Blue Star App”). This Privacy Policy applies to user of Blue Star App. By making use of the Blue Star App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Blue Star provide adequate safeguards where such information is processed in the way of including but not limited to collection, recording, storing, utilization, disclosure, transfer and deletion. Blue Star Limited processes the data fairly in compliance with the applicable laws.

From time to time, there may occur the transfer of information to a person or entity connected with Blue Star only as a business associate. You shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information relating to Blue Star or its Affiliates of a confidential nature obtained in the course of availing the services through the App. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle Blue Star or its Affiliates to terminate the services, without prejudice to any damages, to which you may be entitled otherwise.

All the grievances and any discrepancies of the provider of information shall be redressed within one month (30 days) from the date of receipt of notice of grievance.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time by posting the changes on this page. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any disputes arising under or connected with this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising under or connected with this policy.
