Advanced Features for High-End applications

100% SPECIAL INVERTER COMPRESSOR DRIVEN

The uniquely designed twin rotary inverter compressor used in the VRF LITE ensures efficient and powerful performance.

  • Compressor specifically developed for handling variable loads efficiently and effectively
  • Regulates temperature to the precise point down by 0.5C for uncompromising comfort
  • Low starting current, so lower capacity backup generators needed
  • Compressor's efficiency further increased by 7% by using a specially designed motor with a permanent rare-earth magnet

DESIGNED FOR HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURES

The VRF LITE keeps interiors cool even when temperatures outside soar up to 56°C. This has been made possible by careful selection of components and design that provides reliable operation even at high ambient temperatures.

The VRF LITE also uses a special refrigerant-cooled PCB design which increases the reliability of inverter PCBs under those temperature conditions.

QUIET OPERATION

The VRF LITE has been designed inside out to be a quiet yet powerful performer. Silent inverter compressors as compared to conventional compressors

  • Silent inverter compressors as compared to conventional compressors
  • Special sound attenuation jackets used to further dampen noise
  • Low starting current, so lower capacity backup generators needed
  • Condenser fans powered by BLOC motors for smooth and efficient operation

WEATHER-PROOF DESIGN

The ODU of the VRF LITE is weather-proof. It doesn't deteriorate easily even when exposed to extreme ambient conditions.

The VRF LITE also uses a special refrigerant-cooled PCB design which increases the reliability of inverter PCBs under those temperature conditions.

  • Outer cabinets made with a special powder-coated steel sheet
  • Condensers equipped with corrosion resistant pre-coated aluminium blue fins, making them safe for use in coastal areas
  • PCBs protected by a special conformal coating in order to enhance their reliability

COMFORT NEEDS TWO OPTIONS

The VRF LITE comes in two variants: Cooling Only and Cooling and Heating.

While the Cooling Only model operates as a cooling air conditioner providing comfort cooling, the Cooling and Heating model can also warm interiors during winters. It can warm the interiors even when the outside temperature goes down to -m.c. By offering you both options, the VRF LITE takes care of the comfort of the occupants whether it is a hot summer day or a cold winter night.

WIDE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE OPERATING RANGE

Blue Star's VRF LITE can function effectively across a very wide range of ambient temperatures: from 1°C to S6°C while in the Cooling Mode and from -1°C to 24°C while in the Heating Mode.

A SPECIAL CIRCUIT FOR LOWER BILLS

The VRF LITE system features a special power factor correction circuit designed to improve power factor to 0.95 or higher, making them compliant with electricity regulatory standards besides ensuring lower electricity bills as well.

SERVICING FROM THE ODU ITSELF

A special software tool reduces the need to physically enter the conditioned space during service, to troubleshoot the VRF LITE. Access to all indoor units is possible through a laptop connected to the outdoor unit. Our special software allows troubleshooting from the outdoor unit itself without disturbing the occupants.

WIDE OPERATING VOLTAGE RANGE

The Blue Star VRF LITE is designed to be reliable and can operate across a wide input voltage range from 185V to 265V. This ensures both uninterrupted and efficient air conditioning besides lower breakdowns due to low or high voltages within this range.

SAFER INSTALLATION

SAFER INSTALLATION By using an optional refrigerant distribution kit, refrigerant piping can be completed without a brazing process, which helps reduce installation time. The entire piping can then be laid with just flared connections.

A versatile range of controller options

  • Standalone Wired and Wireless Control handsets
  • Group controller for controlling a small group of indoor units
  • Wi-Fi based Central Control System through a tab for controlling a large number of indoor units
  • PC based control system
  • Web-based control from remote locations using a smart phone
  • Operational control of indoor units with inputs through key card or motions sensor
  • Third party BMS integration
  • Smart Home Automation System
