The Mumbai high court has approved the scheme of arrangement of Blue Star Limited (BSL) for spin-off of its international software division into a separate company, Blue Star Infotech Limited (BSIL).

Mr. Justice S.S. Nijjar has rejected the arguments put forth by the Blue Star Employees Federation and approved the scheme as proposed by the company.
