Secular recruitment

In keeping with the high values which are inculcated amongst its employees, Blue Star is also proud of its non-discriminatory recruitment culture. People enter Blue Star purely on merit and no other consideration. Recruitment processes at Blue Star are oblivious to geography, ethnicity, language, gender, religion, caste or creed, making recruitment completely secular in nature.

Above-board offer process

Blue Star job offers will be received by candidates only from a email id. One should never accept a Blue Star offer as genuine if it reaches them from any generic email ids such as gmail, hotmail, yahoomail, rediffmail, etc.

Neither Blue Star nor its representatives charge any fee towards recruitment services or the mailing of job offers. The company also does not work through any agents or companies that make job offers on behalf of Blue Star for a fee.

Similarly, Blue Star will never ask any recruit to make any monetary deposit in lieu of a job offer.

Preventing fraud

Please do not fall prey to ‘spoof’ job offers that plague the industry. Keep the ‘Above-board offer process’ of Blue Star in mind when accepting any job offer from Blue Star.

It is a good idea to verify the authenticity of any job offers purportedly from Blue Star by checking with the concerned Blue Star office. Any person or organisation dealing with unauthorised parties or falling prey to spoof mails in the matter of recruitment is doing so at his/her/their own risk. Blue Star is not responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) that are incurred as a consequence. Blue Star will also not have any obligation to provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent offer letter, or to offer any other recourse whatsoever.
